Pan seared scallops served with sliced peaches. 😋

Most importantly the scallops must be completely dry. Do not be stingy with the kitchen paper towels. 😂.

The technique to get lovely nicely seared scallops is to press down on the top of the scallops with kitchen paper towel until dry.
