2 cups steamed rice.
Steamed fresh crab meat not frozen ones
2 eggs yolk only
1 tablespoon premium oyster sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 pieces shredded crabsticks
Mixed well the cooked rice with sesame oil and set aside.
Whisk two egg yolk for nicer colour instead of mixing with the whites.
In wok, add cooking oil and minced garlic.
Saute until fragrant.
Add the fresh crab meat and shredded crabsticks and cook for two minutes.
Add the rice and mix well.
Move the rice to one side of the wok, add the whisked egg yolks and leave it to cook.
Mixed the rice and egg yolk until well coated.
Add oyster sauce, pinch of salt and grounded white pepper.
Portioned the fried rice to individual plates and serve immediately.
Garnished with parsley and deep fried shallots for added flavour.
