Beef Patties

Preparing beef patties is very straight forward and simple.

All you need is to get the right grounded minced beef.

The right cut, right grind and right fat ratio.

Season with all purpose seasoning with light soy sauce, minced shallots and minced garlic and some cornflour.

Mix well and set aside for half and hour.

Basically you need to press and form the meat as much as you require to form the patty.

Add sufficient meat and lightly pressed into the mould ensuring the meat holds together in the burger press.

Heat grill pan until hot. Add some oil and place the patty to cook for about 3 to 4 mins on each side.

Remember just flip the patty once inorder to build up the charred crust which add flavour to the patty.

Pineapple is one of my favourite topping.

Toast the bun to lightens up the bun texture.

Serve immediately.

Just look at the juiciness of the patty. Yumm
