Crispy Chicken Skin

Its such a waste to discard these yellow country chicken skin.

Are you aware that chicken skin contains a good amount of heart healthy unsaturated fat according to Harvard School of Public Health.

Doctors got it wrong, occasional consumption of chicken skin now and again is ok.

Chicken  skin has more omega-6 fatty acids than any other meat.

The best method of preparing crispy chicken skin is to airfry them.

Just season these chicken skin with all purpose seasoning for half an hour and its ready to cook.

Leave it to the airfryer to drain the oil and cook until its dry and crispy.

When done, set aside for ten minutes before serving.
