Incredibly huge fish roe.
I simply marinade the roe with All Seasonings and leave it to dry for a couple of hours.
Took half portion to cook first.
Pat cornflour over the entire roe and pan fry.
Most importantly over low heat. Cook until your desired doneness.
If overcook, the roe becomes dry and taste free.
If the roe is not carefully handled, the sac will explode and splatter.
The other portion was served few days later.
