I noticed these Top Hats or commonly known as Kueh Pie Tee cups have grown smaller and smaller lately.
Therefore I have opted to use Sea Shrimps to serve instead of the normal size prawns.
These fresh shrimps are caught by anglers and delivered to my fish supplier.
These dainty kueh pie tee is ready for serving.
