Cordyceps Mushrooms

These are actually cultured mushrooms.

At a glance, look similar to saffron. πŸ˜†

A versatile ingredient for soup and stir fry.

This fungi give the dish a deep imagination flavour that’s a little nutty.

Simply soak in cold water for five minutes so they expand a little and softened.

Here’s a plate of cordyceps beehoon served with garlic Chives.

The orangey colour from the cordyceps add a nice colour to the white beehoon.
