Quick fixed crispy banana Fritters for snacks.
Heat wok with oil for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix one packet of Adabi Tepung Goreng Pisang (Banana Fritter Flour) with water and a little salt and mix until batter becomes thick.
Average about 5 ripe bananas to use for 100g of flour with water ratio 4 parts water to 3 parts flour.
Coat each banana into the batter and fry untill golden brown.
Turn the banana occasionally and repeat for the rest.
Transfer and drain on kitchen paper towel and serve immediately.
Best to use bananas that are ripe but not overly ripped.
