Abalone Porridge

These IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) Abalones are so easy to cook.

Cook plain porridge to your desired doneness and add the quick stir fry abalones with some garnishing and its ready to serve. 😁

In a pan, add some oil and minced garlic. Stir fry these abalones with oyster sauce, pinch of sugar, water and sesame oil. Once the gravy start to bubble, remove from pan and serve.

For more flavourful garnishing, I added rice topping with roasted sesame, dried bonito and nori seaweed.
