Cut the Cauliflower and add into the food processor for two to three minutes. Set aside.
Heat oil in pan over low heat, add chopped cauliflower.
Stir fry until almost tender. Add some chicken broth if too dry.
Before scooping, include superior light soy sauce, sesame oil and pinch of salt.
Mixed the sauces, cooked rice and stir together.
Transfer into serving plate and garnished with preserved cranberries.
