These dried flat form beancurd sheets is a mainstay of vegerarian diet.
Tofu skin are made by skimming the skin off hot soymilk and dried.

If not deep fried, these sheets are half-tender and half chewy texture but absorb flavours if stewed or braised.
For snacks, just cut the beancurd sheets into reasonable sizes and deep fry till crispy.
There is no need to marinate.

When done stored them in an airtight container and ready for serving anytime.
