Veggie as Side Dish

Sfi-fried Baby Kailan with Garlic & Oyster Sauce.

These dark green, firm yet juicy stems leafy vegetable is known as Kailan or Chinese kale.

If prepare and cook well, can taste as sweet if infused with oyster sauce and a little sugar, enough to coat the veggie.

These baby Kailan are not tough nor fibrous.
