Gigantic Black Pomfret

I was hesitant to get this gigantic black pomfret.

My fish supplier suggested fillet this fish into two parts for two different servings.  Good idea.

No splattering of oil, the answer is using the  dual Jumbo Happycall Double Sided Pan

You dont even need to flip the fish just turn the pan over. 😁
