“Yu Tou” (yam in Chinese)

Hao Yu Tou signifies good news, good luck or good omen.

Yam Ring one of my favorite Chinese New Year “must have” dish.

This airfried crispy, fluffy, fragrant Yam Ring ready to serve.

I chose to serve with baby abalone.

• 

Diced Chinese leeks, button mushrooms and diced carrots are added for more flavours and colorful presentation.

What a lovely colour combination. 😀

Served while it’s hot, cut the yam basket and bull doze your way to Good Fortune.
