When there are excess mangoes available, how about preparing Mango Sticky Rice.
Soak one cup of Glutinous Rice overnight in cold water.
Drain rice well. Place the rice in the steamer to steam.
In a saucepan, add one small packet of coconut milk and bring to a boil together with some sugar and salt until sugar dissolved.
Add half portion of the coconut mixture into the steamed rice and stir until the mixture is well incorporated. Set aside at room temperature.
Before serving, mould the sticky rice into a serving plate.
Topped with the mango slices and drizzle the coconut milk before serving.
