Don’t get to see Brussel Sprouts often only during the Christmas season.
I was surprised to see these lovely Brussel Sprouts at the supermarket few days ago.
Without any hesitation, I decided to get a packet to cook. Moreover the vegetable look so fresh.
Trim Brussel Sprouts, cut bottom stem off and cut lengthwise.
Add trimmed Brussel Sprouts to a mixing bowl.
Add Olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Toss until evenly coated with olive oil.
Heat up pan with some unsalted butter and add the seasoned Brussel Sprouts to cook.
Add some chicken stock to softened the vegetable.
Flip the vegetable for another 5 to 10 minutes until softened.
Dish into a serving plate.
