Taiwanese Heng Chye (Bayam)

These yummilicious fresh vegetables from Taiwan. The country known as Vegetarian’s Haven.

So addictive that I have been buying the same veggie continously over the last fortnight.πŸ˜ƒ

My new version of “Ju He Eng Chye” to “Ju He Heng Chye” πŸ˜ƒ.

In fact this combination taste even better than Eng Chye.

So far I have not come across a veggie take can be served with any dishes.

Another example is this plate of “Braised Chicken Feet” also served with a bunch of cooked refreshing taste of Taiwanese Heng Chye.
