Peach Gum Tong Sui Dessert

Care to have smoother skin and causing a fraction of the price of bird nest, Peach Gum is a better choice.

Peach Gum is the resin from Chinese wild peach trees has gain popularity among Asian ladies for its nutritional properties in recent years.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons peach Gum (soaked)

2 tablespoons dried longans

6- 8 large dried Red Dates

Water

sugarcane sugar (small piece)

4 pandan leaves (knotted)

Method:

Soak Peach Gum overnight.

Rinsed, drain and set aside.

Bring half pot of water to boil.

Add all the above ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer until your desired texture for the Peach Gum.

In fact I prefer cold dessert, you can store this dessert in the refrigerator and serve cold.
