Sambal Okra (Lady Finger)

How do you cook Okra. It’s so slimy!

To reduce the sliminess, just soak the Okra in vinegar and water for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Heat oil in wok and stir fry minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the cut Okra and Glory Chilli Shrimp Floss and toss the ingredient.

Stir fry over medium high heat until Okra is cooked to your desired doneness.

Add some water halfway through cooking.

Best to serve this dish immediately.
