Red Grouper

This Red Grouper with its appealing red spotted skin wild caught from the Indonesian waters.

Popular as Chinese Pomfret and highly in demand during the Chinese New Year and amongst Chinese restaurants for dinning events.

With tender flesh and beautiful white flakes when cooked with a firm texture and sweet flavour.

Also known as “Ang Gau” or “Coral Trout”.

This fish is big enough for 6 to 8 paxs serving.

How about one main ingredient served into two dishes?

First portion served as Steamed Fish with superior light soy sauce. Garnished with spring onions.

Another portion of the fish cooked with Sambal Stir Fry Paste and Sweet Onion. Garnished with generous amount of Coriander Leaves.
