Pad Kra Pao popular Thai dish.
The key ingredient to this dish, none other than fresh Sweet Basil leaves.
Heat up wok over medium heat add oil, minced garlic, chopped shallots and diced red chillies.
Increase heat to high and add the minced pork, breaking them into smaller bits for even cooking.
The key seasonings for this dish is to add superior dark soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and oyster sauce.
Stir fry and mixed all the seasoning evenly.
Add a little water from time to time until the minced pork is completely cooked and the liquid has disappeared.
Finally add the Sweet Basil leaves and stir fry till the leaves are wilted.
Best to serve this dish with white rice or even with a sunny side up egg.
