Purple Sweet Potato Dessert With Coconut Cream And Sago

Steam these Aries Fresh Purple Sweet until it softened.

Leave it to cool and using a potato masher to form a smoothened paste.

How to prepare Sweet Potato Sago?

In a pot add water and bring to a boil.

Add sago and cook for at least 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.

Once the sago are seen floating, cook another two to three more minutes before draining.

Remove from heat and let it rest until the sago becomes translucent.

To make sure the sago does not stick, leave it under tap water, drain well and set aside.

Add in rock sugar, coconut cream and diced mini sweet potato cubes. Mix well and cook for two to three minutes. Then add in sago and mix well.

Serve warm.
