Spinach Soup

Quick fixed veggie soup.

Stir fry beaten egg in the frying pan with some cooking oil.

When almost done, add minced pork and minced garlic and a tablespoon of wolfberries.

Fry together and add sufficient chicken stock.

Finally add spinach and bring to boil.

Taste and adjust flavour with a pinch of salt and a dash of superior light soy sauce.

Best to serve this soup while its hot.

Goes well with a bowl of plain rice.
