Threadfin

This silver body fish with black spots and striped on the dorsal anal and pectoral fins are known for its very fine meat.

Unique not only in their appearance but also they have threadlike fins which give them their name.

I have divided the wholesome fish into two parts.

Leaving more meat at the tail portion to be steamed and braised in black bean garlic sauce topped with crispy garlic chips. 😋

What should I cook with the upper portion of this threadfin fish? 🤔

How about deep frying and top with mango chilli sauce! Something tangy and spicy.
