Remove from packaging and ensure to drain the extra liquid with kitchen paperhand towel.
Cut the tofu into your desired size. Firstly divide into half and portion the tofu cube equally.
I have divided this square piece of tofu equally into four pieces.
Do not be afraid to turn up the heat and deep fry the tofu pieces to achieve the outer layer of the tofu crisp yet leaving the centre tender and creamy.
