Simple nutritious yellow skin Chicken Soup with nine ingredients.


Ingredients for this nutritious chicken soup consist of:

Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui)

Goji Berries (Gou Qi)

American Ginseng (Hua Qi Shen)

Honey Dates (Mi Zao)

Codonopsis Root (Dang Shen)

Sichian Lovage Rhizome (Chuan Xiong)

Chinese Wild Yam (Huai Shan)

Soloman’s Seal (Yu  Zhu)

Asteagalus Root (Huang Qi)

In a slow pot, add one wholesome chicken into the pot.

Add about 4 to 5 bowls of water and boil for two to three hours.

Salt to taste.
