Thanks to my fish supplier for the introduction of variegated fishes for my cooking choices.
Since this John Snapper it so huge, I have divided this gigantic fish into two portions.
How about Crispy Fish with only one side of this John Snapper.
So so crispy that practically every part of the fish can be eaten.
Simply prepare this Thai Chilli Sauce and dinner is ready. 🤣
