Wild caught Baby Threadfin has sweet flaky and delicate meat.

Nothing taste better and satisfying than Chinese style steamed fish. Its just simply delicious.

Never retain the cloudy fishy water after steaming. The odd flavour bitter taste from the fish gut does not add flavour to the fish. Just discard.
