Simple, easy peasy veggie dish and hassle free.
Stir fried seasonal Chinese New Year vegetable.

Heat cooking oil in the pan.
Add minced garlic and sauteed.
Add the washed and trimmed Fu Gui Cai and stir fry for about 2 to 3 minutes depending on the quantity.
Add a dash of superior light soy sauce, mixed well and transfer to a serving plate.
Looked still crisps and fresh.
